Running hard after our relationship with God
-
Seeking clarity and direction for the year
-
Making room for divine encounters — personally and corporately
21-Day Fast Guide
Why We Fast
Fasting doesn’t earn God’s presence — it positions us to notice Him. When we fast, we quiet the noise, realign our priorities, and create space to hear God more clearly.
This January, we are choosing to begin the year running after God, trusting that when we seek Him first, everything else finds its proper place.
“Seek first the Kingdom of God…” — Matthew 6:33
Choose Your Fast
This is a choose-your-fast season. We invite everyone to prayerfully select a fast that is both meaningful and sustainable.
Examples include:
-
Daniel Fast (whole, plant-based foods)
-
One meal a day
-
Fasting specific foods or drinks
-
Media or social media fast
-
A combined fast (food + media)
Simple Guideline: Choose something that creates margin — margin for prayer, listening, and dependence on God.
If food fasting isn’t possible due to health reasons, choose another intentional sacrifice.
Our Focus for the 21 Days
1. Running After God
This is a return to our first love. Not striving. Not performing. Just pursuing.
-
Prioritize time with God
-
Practice listening, not just talking
-
Let Him realign your desires and rhythms
“Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” — James 4:8
2. Direction for the Year
We are intentionally asking God:
-
What are You inviting me into this year?
-
What needs to shift, surrender, or realign?
-
Where are You leading our church?
Write down what you sense God speaking. Trust that clarity comes through consistent pursuit, not pressure.
3. Divine Encounters
We are making room for God to move — in our homes, our prayer times, and our gatherings.
Come hungry. Come expectant. Be ready to respond.
We believe God still meets His people — personally and powerfully.
